**How long do I keep the log?**

For years, as long as someone could still claim. Check the rule where you work.

**Does the customer get a copy?**

Send them the month’s visits with the bill.

**What if it freezes after I leave?**

Note the weather and the time you left; that’s why the log matters.

**Do I log every visit?**
