How it works

  1. 1 Write who it's for and how to reach them. The ticket number counts up on its own.
  2. 2 Add each garment and tap the garment where the work goes: a pin drops there with the job, the amount and the price.
  3. 3 Pick the pickup day from the strip, which shows how many pieces are already promised for each day. Add a fitting or a rush if there is one.
  4. 4 Print the shop copy, the claim stub to hand over and a tag for every garment, then hang the ticket on the rack to follow it to pickup.

Free, with no account. Everything is worked out on this page: the customer's name, phone, notes and prices are never sent to us or put in a link. Remember keeps your tickets and prices on this device, and only while it's on.

Good to know

Where do the prices come from?
From you. Set your usual price for each job once, or save the price you typed on a ticket as your usual one, and new jobs fill it in. Any price can be changed on the ticket itself. The tool never suggests what to charge.
What goes on the garment tag?
Only the ticket number, the customer's first name, the pickup day and the work, with pin numbers that match the shop copy. No phone number and no price, so a tag left on a rack doesn't give anything away.
How does the rack work?
Hang a ticket and it joins the rack, sorted into late, due today, tomorrow, this week and later. Move it from the workroom to a fitting, to ready, to picked up. It only fills while Remember is on, and only on this device.
How do I tell the customer it's ready?
Copy the ready text or the fitting reminder and paste it into whatever you text or email from. It says the ticket number and any balance owing. Nothing is sent from here.
Does it work out the tax?
It adds the rate you type, on top of the work and any rush charge. It doesn't know which rate applies to your shop or province, so check that with your accountant.
