Custom cake order form
Take a custom cake order without missing a thing: the pickup day against your notice, the tiers with a flavour and filling each and what they serve, the look, the message and whether it fits on top, and the allergies, asked every time. Print a kitchen ticket, a customer's copy and a blank counter form, and keep an order book by pickup day.

How it works
- 1 Put in who it's for and the pickup day. It checks the day against your notice, your closed days and how many cakes you already have.
- 2 Say how many it serves and pick tiers, a sheet or cupcakes, with a flavour and filling for each tier. Or let it suggest the tiers.
- 3 Pick the finish, colour and extras, and add the customer's design photo for the kitchen.
- 4 Type the message as it goes on, and see it drawn on top of the cake with how tall the letters can be.
- 5 Ask about allergies every time, then print a ticket for the kitchen and a copy for the customer, and save it to the order book.
Free, with no account. Everything is worked out on this page: your orders, customers and their allergies are never sent to us or put in a link. Remember keeps them on this device, and only while it's on. A design photo is never kept.
Good to know
- How does it work out servings?
- From each tier's size, shape and height, cut in wedding slices of 1 × 2 in or party slices of 1.5 × 2 in. It's a rough guide; how the cake is cut on the day decides.
- Will the message fit?
- It takes about two thirds of the top across and works out how tall each letter can be on the longest line. Under half an inch is flagged as tight, with a plaque or the board as a way out. Hands and piping tips differ, so treat it as a guide.
- Which allergies does it ask about?
- Canada's priority food allergens, in English, French or both, plus anything else the customer says. Tick what your kitchen also uses and it flags a clash. Guidance, not food-safety advice: follow your health unit's rules.
- Can I take orders by hand?
- Yes. Print the blank counter form. It has your own flavours and fillings, what each size serves, a box for each letter of the message and the allergens to tick.
