How it works

  1. 1 Set your week: the days you clean, when you start, the longest day you want and the travel between homes.
  2. 2 Add each home: how often, which day, how long a clean takes, and the extras that come round every few cleans.
  3. 3 Mark your days off. Ontario public holidays are filled in, and a clean that lands on one is flagged or moved.
  4. 4 Even out the weeks if it suggests it, then print the calendar and day sheets, and send each client their dates.

Free, with no account. Homes, notes and the way in never leave your browser: nothing is sent to us, and they're kept on this device only if you tick Remember.

Good to know

How do the extras come round?
By clean, not by date. Inside the fridge every 3 cleans, starting with the second, lands on cleans 2, 5, 8 and so on. Start each extra on a different clean so the deep jobs spread out, and no single visit runs long. Skip a clean and its extras wait for the next one.
What does "even out the weeks" do?
It looks at 12 weeks, where every weekly, every-other-week, three-week and four-week pattern repeats, and tries moving a home to the other week of its rotation so your long days and light days even out. It only suggests a different weekday when a day runs past the longest day you set. Check with the client before you make a move final.
What about keys and door codes?
Door and alarm codes never go on a printout. Write "code by text" in the way-in note and keep the code on your phone. If a note looks like it has a code in it, the tool warns you and leaves it off the day sheet.
What goes to the client?
A short message with their dates, the extras on each and when you'll arrive, and a calendar file with the same dates. No names, address or way in. You copy it into your own text or email; nothing is sent from here.
Which holidays count?
Ontario's public holidays (verify). Many clients still want a clean on a holiday, so a clash is only flagged: you can skip it, keep it, or have it move to your next free workday that week.
