Floor plan and table map
Put in the room and its doors, then drag the tables in, chairs and all. Every seat is counted by section, tables that bump into each other or block a door are flagged, and the way in from the entrance to your accessible table is checked at the width you set. Keep a layout for every event and print the map for the crew.

How it works
- 1 Put in the room's width and depth, in feet or metres, and your posted capacity.
- 2 Add the entrance and the doors on the walls, and what's fixed: the bar, the host stand, the washroom, a pillar.
- 3 Add tables from the row of buttons and drag them where they go. Each one is drawn with its chairs.
- 4 Mark a table with a wheelchair space, and see whether the way in from the entrance stays wide enough.
- 5 Split the room into sections, keep a layout for each event, and print the map and the setup list.
Free, with no account. Everything is drawn and checked on this page: the room and its layouts are never sent to us or put in a link. Remember keeps them on this device, and only while it's on. Save a file to move them to another device.
Good to know
- How is the way in checked?
- The page finds the shortest walk from the accessible entrance to each table with a wheelchair space, and to a washroom marked accessible, keeping the clear width you set the whole way, chairs and all. It starts at 1,100 mm, the Ontario Building Code's barrier-free path width (verify). Where it can't get through, it shows the tightest spot and the two things it's between.
- Does it tell me how many people I can have?
- No. The number of people allowed in a room comes from the building and fire codes and is set for your space. Put in the capacity on your sign or licence (verify), and the page compares it with the seats in each layout. Staff count too.
- Is the drawing enough?
- It's a plan, not a survey. Measure the real room, push the chairs out the way guests sit, and check the doors, ramps and washroom yourself. It's guidance, not legal advice: the AODA (verify), the Ontario Building Code, and your fire and building departments have the final word.
- Can I plan a private event?
- Yes. Copy your everyday layout and move the tables, or put in a guest count and let the page set the room in rows of rounds, long tables or high-tops, kept off the doors and what's fixed. Each layout keeps its own tables, and the room stays the same in all of them.
