Pet report card
Tap how the groom or daycare day went, add a photo, and send the owner a card with a warm note. The whole day's pets, one after another.

How it works
- 1 Pick the kind of visit, a groom, daycare, a stay or training, and put in your shop name and who the card is from.
- 2 For each pet, add a photo and tap how it went: the mood, what you did, a grade or two and an award. The note writes itself, and you can change any word.
- 3 Share the card from your phone, or download it, and paste the note beside it. Then tap Next pet and do the next one.
Free, with no account. Photos, pet names and owner names never leave your browser: the card is drawn on the page, nothing is uploaded, and only your shop settings are kept on this device, if you tick Remember.
Good to know
- Why send a card after a groom or a daycare day?
- Owners love a photo of their pet looking fresh or happy, and a short, warm note shows you noticed their pet, not just the booking. It’s also a natural place to say when you’d like to see them again.
- What goes in the note?
- Only what you tapped: the mood, what you did, how they ate or played, any grades and the award, and when to come back. It never adds anything you didn’t pick, and you can rewrite it in your own words.
- How do I send it?
- On a phone, Share opens your usual apps, so you can text it or send it in the app you already use with owners. On a computer, download the card and attach it. Copy message puts the note on your clipboard to paste beside it.
- What about a lump, a tick or sore ears?
- Tick it under “Anything to mention” and the note says what you noticed, plainly, and suggests the owner mention it to their vet. It never guesses what it might be. A word at pickup is kinder too.
- Can I do the whole day at once?
- Yes. Add each pet, and the strip at the top of step 2 shows who’s sent and who’s left. Today’s pets, below the card, can save every card and all the notes in one .zip.
- Can I post the card on my page?
- Ask the owner first. The card is made for them, and some owners would rather keep their pet’s photo private.
- Is this veterinary advice?
- No. It writes down what you saw. Guidance, not veterinary advice.
