Holiday pre-order sheet
Take holiday pre-orders without overselling: your menu and how many of each you can make, the pickup days and time slots with a cap on each, the cut-off and the deposit. Write orders in as they come and see what's left, then print the window sign, the make list for each day, the pickup sheet for the counter and a slip for every order.

How it works
- 1 Pick the holiday. Its date fills in where we know it, and you can always put in your own.
- 2 List what you're taking orders for, the price, and the most of each you can make.
- 3 Set the pickup days and hours, the most orders a day, and time slots if you want to spread out the line.
- 4 Choose a deposit and write your terms, then print the sign for your window.
- 5 Write orders in as they come. Print the make list, the pickup sheet for each day and a slip for every order.
Free, with no account. Everything is worked out on this page: your menu, orders and customers' names and phones are never sent to us or put in a link. Remember keeps them on this device, and only while it's on.
Good to know
- How do I stop overselling?
- Put in the most of each item you can make, and the most orders you can hand out each day. As orders come in, the page shows what's left and marks full days and times, and the sign says "Sold out" when you print it again.
- Where do the holiday dates come from?
- Fixed holidays follow their rule, and dates that follow the moon come from published calendars, marked "(verify)" where they depend on a sighting. If a holiday isn't there yet, put in the date yourself.
- Can I take orders by phone?
- Yes. Keep this page open by the phone and write each order in as you take it. With Remember on, the order book is still here tomorrow on the same device. A backup file carries it to another.
- What about deposits and refunds?
- Those are yours to decide and write in your terms. This is a way to keep count, not legal or tax advice. For food made ahead or held overnight, follow your health unit's rules.
