Takeout & delivery alcohol check
Check whether your place can send liquor out at all, every to-go drink's price against Ontario's minimum for its size, and an order as you take it: with food, sealed, who carries it, where it goes, and whether it lands before 11 p.m. Then print a card for the driver, labels for the bag and a card for the counter with your last orders.

How it works
- 1 Say what kind of place you are and when your licence was issued, and see whether liquor can go out from it at all.
- 2 Add the drinks you sell to go with their sizes and prices, and see each one against Ontario's minimum price. A price under it can be raised in one tap.
- 3 Check an order as you take it: food with it, how it's sealed, who carries it, where it goes, and the time. See whether it's handed over before 11 p.m., and the last order that is.
- 4 Print a card for the driver with the rules at the door, labels to seal the bags, and a card for the counter with your last orders. Or copy a note for your menu.
Free, with no account. Everything is worked out on this page: your drinks, prices and orders are never sent to us or put in a link. Remember keeps your place, drinks and prices on this device, and only while it's on. Orders are never kept.
Good to know
- Can every licensed place send alcohol out?
- Most can, with food. Not from a grocery, convenience, department or big box store, or a large quadricycle. And not with a licence issued or transferred on or after December 9, 2020, when the place's main purpose isn't selling and serving food or liquor on site, or it's inside another business that isn't a shopping mall.
- What does every order need?
- Food you sell, bought with the liquor and going with it. A securely closed container: a can or bottle sealed as it came, or a lidded container sealed shut. Takeout goes to the person who bought it; delivery goes to someone 19 or older at a home or private place, never to a patient in a hospital or care facility. It's handed over between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m., and the minimum price applies to to-go drinks too.
- Can a delivery app carry it?
- Only one that holds a liquor delivery licence and has an arrangement with you. Otherwise you or your staff deliver it. Whoever delivers is 18 or older and has Smart Serve training, checks ID for anyone who looks under 19, and brings the liquor back when nobody can take it.
- What does it leave out?
- Your licence. It may have conditions of its own, and the check can't see it. It's for Ontario; other provinces have their own rules. Guidance, not legal advice: check O. Reg. 746/21, the AGCO's licence guide and the Registrar's standards.

Set your corkage, by day if you like, with a bottle limit and a food minimum, and see the fee against what serving a bottle costs you and what a bottle off your own list makes. Check a bottle at the door and on the way out against Ontario's rules, then print a table tent for the guests and a card for the staff.

Drink price floor & happy hour check
Put in your drinks with their sizes and prices, and see each one against Ontario's minimum price for its size, with the lowest you can put on the menu before HST. Check the days and times against the hours of sale, paste the words for your board or post to see what the Registrar's rules don't allow, and print the notice of your happy hour prices.
