Van stock list
What each van should carry and what's on it. See what a van is out of, pick the restock list off the shop shelf, send the supplier an order and print a label for every bin, and take the parts off as each job is marked done.

How it works
- 1 Name your vans, then add the parts each one carries: the part number, the bin it lives in, the shelf, and what it costs you.
- 2 Give each part a par for each van, the number you want on it, and count what's on it now. The van fills in bin by bin.
- 3 Signed in, a job you mark done offers its materials to take off the van it came from, so the counts keep up without a recount.
- 4 Print the restock list to pick from the shop shelf or send to your supplier, and labels for the bins. Restocked fills every part to par.
Free, with no account: the list is worked out in your browser. Remember is off unless you turn it on, and then keeps it on this device. Signed in, it's kept in your account, so Today can say when a van is out of something and the estimate builder's job sheet can say what's already on the van. The made-up example is never kept.
Good to know
- What's a par?
- The number of a part you want on the van when it leaves in the morning. Below it, the part is short; at half or less, it's low; at none, it's out. Set it from what a busy week uses, not from what fits in the bin.
- How does a job take parts off?
- Each material line on a finished job is matched to a part on your list by its name or part number. You check the match, pick the van it came from, and take them off. Nothing comes off on its own, and a job you skip stays skipped.
- Can I use it for more than one van?
- Yes. Each part has its own par and count on each van, and a part one van doesn't carry is left off it. The restock list can be for one van or all of them, with a column for each.
- Is the cost on the restock list a price to pay?
- It's what you typed as your cost, times what's needed, to give you a rough size of the order. Your supplier's price on the day is the real one.

Maintenance plan
Sell a yearly plan for the furnace, air conditioner and water heater: spring and fall visits, the price in payments and the perks. They sign on your phone, each visit's checklist moves the home's service dates, and Today says when a visit is due and a payment's to bill.
Save it: each home's plan, signed, with its visits
