How it works
- 1 Type your name, your business and how to reach you, any way you'd write them. Phone numbers come out grouped 3-3-4 and postal codes in capitals with the space.
- 2 Pick one of six designs, each drawn with your own words, then the type, your initials or logo, and the colours.
- 3 Pick the back: a QR code that saves your contact to a phone, an appointment card, your logo, or the front again in French.
- 4 Read the print check, see it at real size, then print 10 to a letter sheet at home or save a file with bleed for a print shop.
Free, with no account. The card is drawn in your browser: your details and logo stay on this device and are never sent to us. Remember is off unless you turn it on, and then keeps them on this device only. The made-up example is never kept.
Good to know
- Will it print on perforated card sheets?
- The sheet is letter size with 10 cards, 2 across and 5 down, each 3.5 by 2 inches, with half an inch at the top and three quarters of an inch at the sides. That's the layout most perforated business card sheets use, but check yours: print one page on plain paper and hold it to a sheet against the light. Print at 100%, never "fit to page".
- What does the QR code hold?
- Your contact, written as a vCard: name, business, phone numbers, email, website and address. A phone camera offers to save it, with no app and nothing in between, so it keeps working however long the card is in a wallet. Or point it at your website instead.
- What does a print shop need?
- A PDF of each side at 3.75 by 2.25 inches: the card plus an eighth of an inch of bleed all round, trimmed off so colour runs to the edge. The print-shop file is exactly that. Ask for a proof before the whole run.
- How small can the type be?
- The print check warns under 6 points, about the size of the small print on a receipt. Fewer lines print bigger, so turn off what customers don't need, like a second number.
